Had a very good stay for two nights. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, right by central Santiago, and museums, theater, Plaza de Armas, Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral. Within walking distance of everything. The staff was excellent and always on disposal.

We arrived late at night and were amazed to find the staff waiting to welcome us. The host spoke English, which was a pleasant surprise after a long journey. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelet station. The beds were comfortable and the hotel's central location was perfect.
